Self-care. Let's talk about it because I for sure have been slacking on it!
Sometimes, I forget that it's not enough to just eat right and workout. I go into energizer bunny mode and forget to check in with how I'm feeling.
Reminder: your mental well being is just as important as your physical. Take time to check in with yourself. Surround yourself with people who love you support you + make you laugh, do things that make you happy, say no to the things that don't, and give yourself permission to take a break.
