• Downward Dog Series (Split, L Knee to L Elbow, Knee to Forehead, L Knee to R Elbow and switch)
• Side Lunge/Basketball Throw
• Push Up/Alternating Hand-Leg Plank
• Alternate Squat/Lunge (L Leg, R Leg)
