Looking for a quick but effective workout you could get in before brunch or Saturday funtivities??

  1. Complete each move for 1 minute
  2. Repeat a second round for 45 seconds each
  3. 3rd round for 30 seconds each
  4. Don't forget to stretch!
  5. Saturday workout done and now off to enjoy the day for some fresh air and a cocktail or 2 ☺️

  • Plyo lunge
