Making Up for Cheat Day #Workout

I was definitely not excited to work out today ...I've been up since 5:30a, worked, ran errands and really the couch was just calling my name. But this weekend I enjoyed dessert and hamburgers and crab dip and so many foods that didn't quiiiite fall in line with the portions of my meal plan

I've been feeling a little sloth like so I had no excuses to not workout today's workout was only 20 minutes 🙌🏾 can't beat that
