Avocado toast is one of my favorite brunch meals because it is not only healthy, but easy to make at home and quick! Top with your favorite veggies, spices, and of course bacon and enjoy!
❗️It is high in potassium which helps support healthy blood pressure levels which is a risk factor for heart attacks and kidney failure
❗️It is high in heart healthy fatty acids which supports reduced inflammation in the body.
❗️Avocado oil is also pretty resistant to heat induced oxidation making it a safe choice for cooking!
❗️Avocados are loaded with fiber which contributes to weight loss and reduces blood sugar spikes.
