Whether you’re training for a race, looking to become more flexible, or rehabbing an injury, yoga is a great complement to any runner's training program. This alignment-focused, all-levels class will start off with a few breathing exercises to center and calm your mind then move into a gentle flow that will both strengthen and stretch parts of the body where runners typically experience tightness. Yoga is often called a practice, so the goal of this class is not for you to be perfect, but to use the tools you learn on your mat to enhance the mind-body connection and incorporate it into your running.
